This has just now been fixed in the next version 2.2.16 of our four bookmarks management apps.  Version 2.2.16 will be available in the future, probably in 1-3 weeks.

Currently BookMacster automatically selects the top item in the list after an item is deleted, losing the current position when reviewing bookmarks. If the next item was selected instead, as Finder or Safari do, that would go a long way to making this regular bookmark management task quicker and easier. Thanks!
