Well, if I haven't seen it in a while, and you haven't seen it in a while, I'm going to attend to other feature requests and a few bug fixes
Your Trouble Zip file did not arrive – this forum doesn't support that. Trouble Zips are also usually too big to email. Trouble Zips should be uploaded to
our secure Dropbox.
If this does seem to happen again,
• Run Synkmark.
• Click in the menu:
Synkmark >
Logs. It will open to the
Messages tab.
• Into the
Search field at the top, type
launch Opera. It will show you all of the times at which Synkmark recently launched Opera.
• Change the
Search phrase to
quit Opera. It will show you all of the times at which Synkmark recently quit Opera.
(Yes, I know it would be wonderful to be able to do a regular expression search and see both at once, but we don't have that feature in there.)
Anyhow, if you mentally put the two together, you should see that each
launch Opera is followed by a
quit Opera. It is a tricky process, and there may be a bug which causes it to fail once in a while, but I don't know of any. If it does happen again, run another Trouble Zip, because I'll need to see what happened immediately prior, and of course your old Trouble Zip won't have that information. Also please tell us as much as you can about the circumstances.
