Launchd Permission Error 483277

Many apps, including our Smarky, Synkmark and BookMacster, require access to your ~/Library/LaunchAgents directory.  This works fine in a fresh macOS user account, but you or another app might have inadvertently restricted this access at some point in time.  After this, our apps may produce Error 483277.

To fix the problem,

• Click to download our LaunchdFixAccess AppleScript.

• Find LaunchdFixAccess.app.zip wherever your downloads go (usually ~/Downloads), and double-click it.  An AppleScript application named LaunchdFixAccess.app will appear.

• Double-click that
LaunchdFixAccess.app AppleScript, to run it.

• If a security dialog appears, affirm that you want to run our script.

• A window named
LaunchdFixAccess should appear.  If you dont see it, find it in your Dock or cmd-tab application switcher, and then activate it.

• Read what is going to happen and click OK.

Now, test and see if it worked…

* Run BookMacster or Synkmark.

• If Syncing is on (), click that button to Pause it (!).

• Click the Syncing button (again), to turn Syncing (back) on  ().

If the previous two steps succeeded without any Error 483277 appearing, youre done.  The problem is solved.  Restore Syncing to on or off, as desired.

•  If you still get Error 483277, please send us a support request and attach the LaunchdFixAccess-Result.txt which should have appeared on your Desktop.ome point
