FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
BRIEF BLURB (99 WORDS)
Although Google provides Windows users with an importer for their Internet Explorer Favorites, until now Mac users have had to upload their bookmarks by visiting each site and adding them one at a time. Bookdog 4.2 now gives Mac users the capability to manage all Google(TM) Bookmarks in one window and synchronize all or selected Google Bookmarks with Safari, Firefox, Camino, OmniWeb and Opera bookmarksFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Sheep Systems announces version 4.3 of Bookdog, now the first bookmarks utility capable of managing Shirra 2.x bookmarks. Bookdog also handles Safari, Camino, Firefox, OmniWeb, Opera and Google Bookmarks.
Mac users can now import/export their Shiira bookmarks, either in whole or in part. Bookdog's other features, including Verify, Fix Broken Bookmarks, Fix Duplicates, Sort (alphabetize), automated migrations using Apple's Automator, and background automatic sorting using Bookwatchdog, also work with Shiira 2.x.
Like Shiira 2.x, Bookdog requires Mac OS 10.4 or later for Shiira management. Bookdog 4.3 works under Mac OS 10.3, but Shiira bookmarks are not available.
All currently licensed users get Bookdog 4.3 as a free upgrade. New users are offered a free demo (trial) license which gives complete access to all of Bookdog's features for 5 days. A permanent license for two Macs, including upgrades for one year, is priced at $19.95 USD.
