Pricing for 3-20 Computers
The Single-User Bookdog license allows you to install and run Bookdog on two computers. If you, your family, or organization, own or lease more than two (2) computers on which you'd like to run Bookdog, you may purchase additional Steps, for up to 20 computers.

increase from 2 to 10 computers: 2 Steps
increase from 2 to 20 computers: 3 Steps
increase from 5 to 10 computers: 1 Step
increase from 5 to 20 computers: 2 Steps
increase from 10 to 20 computers: 1 Step
Steps are priced at:
$15 USD each for private companies, corporations, individuals, families
$10 USD each for academic institutions
To purchase additional Steps, you must first purchase a Single-User license if you have not already done so.
Pricing for more than 20 Computers
More than 20 computers owned or leased by the same organization, individual or family may be licensed by first purchasing a Single-User license, and then purchasing additional seats, one for each computer. Seats are priced at:
$2.50 USD each for private companies, corporations, individuals and families
$1.50 USD each for academic institutions
To purchase Seats, you must first purchase a Standard license and three Steps if you have not already done so.

Installation Instructions
There are two methods to get Bookdog working on all the computers:
1. Obvious Method. Forward the Standard order acknowledgement email to all users and instruct people to follow the instructions to install the License Information on their computer.
2. Slightly More Efficient Method. On the first computer, with the License Information installed, check the box "Make available to all user accounts on this computer." This will create a file in the system-wide preferences:
/Library/Preferences/com.sheepsystems.bookdog.plist
(Note that there is no tilde (~) prefix; this is not in the Home folder.) This file contains only the License Information. Copy this file to the same location (in the system-wide preferences) on all the other computers. (Note: You must copy the actual file; an alias to a file on a central server will not work).
