Thanks, ruftytufty.  It's official.  I went back and retested old builds.  As of version 0.2.0, BookMacster is broken for Mac OS 10.5 "old Leopard" users.  We're working on it.  I'll add a message to the thread announcing 0.6.0.

It looks like there are two separate issues here.

I reproduced one issue by running BookMacster on a Mac account which had only only browser (i.e. Safari) ever used.  This issue has just been fixed in BookMacster 0.6.1 which is now available.  But, to all, if you're not having this problem don't bother to update since this is the only change and it's quite straightforward.

The other issue, the screenshot submitted by Chris, appears to be some major breakage when operating in Mac OS 10.5 (the "old" Leopard).  We're working on that now.  We'll let you know on this thread when it is fixed.

Actually, it looks like it might be an incompletely copied download, as though your package was missing the file Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Localizable.strings.  That mishmash looks like the "longest" strings that we use for testing.  What is the default language on your Mac account?  (If you don't know the answer to that question, and apps always run in English, it's English.)
