BookMacster 0.9.22 has just been published with this bug (and a few others) fixed.  As always, it's available from within BookMacster by clicking in the menu BookMacster ▸ Check for Update.

Thank you, Xyst.  I've just reproduced the problem.  Looks like it may be a little "regression".  I'll get back to you on this tomorrow (in California).

When rearranging bookmarks in the app, the corresponding changes are not made in client browsers. 

For example:  If I move a bookmark, in BookMacster from folder A to folder B and then save and export the changes to Safari and Firefox, the bookmark still appears in Folder A in each web browser.  Interestingly, the bookmark appears in folder B in BookMacster though.
