That's not on our extensive to-do list at this time, human.  So I just added it as something to consider.  It might be difficult or impossible with some browsers due to lack of scripting support.  Anyhow, as to the way this would work – I'd imagine that when you click the bookmarklet, if you have set "Ask me if I want to bookmark all tabs" or something like that in Preferences, then a window would pop up and say something like: Do you want to bookmark [the front tab] [all tabs]?

If you would reply and say a little about why you might want this and how it might work, that always helps .
