I don't know yet. I see what you mean, and I see that there are several other extra bookmarks in that folder also.
What happens if you click on that "Tickets" subfolder in Chrome? Are there any bookmarks in it?
One thing that might cause this issue is if your export was not deleting unmatched items, as is the default. Click the Settings ▸ Clients tab, then click the "gear" button at the right edge of the "Chrome" entry. Look in the "Export" section. "Delete Unmatched Items" should be checked ON.
If that does not explain the problem, for a faster resolution, if you don't mind sending me your data, click in the menu Help ▸ Trouble Zipper. Trouble Zipper takes a couple seconds to download, then just click through the process. For Question B (Bookmarks), answer "Include Bookmarks", then select "Chrome".
