Hello, Michael.

Thank you for the report.  To make a long story short, please do this…

• Hold down the option key on your keyboard.
• Launch BookMacster.
• Click in the menu: Help ▸ Trouble Zipper.
• Click through the questions and send us the result.

We'll figure out what's going on there.  Thank you.

2 crazy errors for new user

first, it crashes all the time, on 2 different macs.  i think it might have to do with dropbox.

second, sometimes it just says writing booksmarks forever, and never completes
