So the export is initially OK, but then
something comes by (?? minutes later?) and clobbers bookmarks in the toolbar.
Let's see if that
something is a BookMacster Agent, or some other app.
Please do this…
• In BookMacster, click in the menu: BookMacster > Stop Workers, Agents, then OK to "Kill" any agents. If the Stop Workers, Agents is disabled and indicates (0), (0), skip this step because there is nothing to kill.
• In BookMacster, do what you did before, which I think is to put one more more bookmarks into the toolbar, and then click in the menu: File > Export to all (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera).
• Verify that the exported bookmarks appeared in the four browsers as expected.
• Wait a few minutes, or whatever, and see if they stick.
Then tell us what happens. If you want to send us your data as you have previously, we've done some work on the Help > Trouble Zipper tool since then, to try and reduce the file size, and also we have a
file uploader now.
