To anyone experiencing this issue:

BookMacster 1.20.4 is now available.  If BookMacster 1.20.4 is unable to launch Firefox, the error presented will provide much more information which will help us troubleshoot this problem.

Please try it at your convenience.  Here's how to get it.  In those instructions, set the preference to Alpha because 1.20.4 is an alpha.

Then, the next time such an error occurs, click the life-preserver icon and send us the information.

Hello, Eve.

Thank you for the report.  I don't recognize that error.  Please produce the error again, and when it appears, click the life-preserver icon in the lower left corner of the error dialog.  It was compose an email message to us, then send it.

Alternatively, click in the menu: BookMacster > Logs, then click the Errors tab.  You'll see a popup menu showing recent errors.  Select one and then click the life-preserver icon in there.

"can't find firefox" error repeatedly when syncing.
On a Mac: i've updated all to latest software.
Have to open Firefox manually for the errors to stop.
Mac OS Mavericks 10.9.1
bookmacster v. 1.20.1
firefox v. 26
Sheep Systems Firefox extension 311 installed and enabled.
