Hello, DHK.  You'll need two items from your Home folder's Library subfolder:

• This file: ~/Library/Preferences/com.sheepsystems.Synkmark
• This folder: ~/Library/Application Support/BookMacster

In the above, "~" means "your Home folder"

Location of Synkmark database

I'm hoping to upgrade my Mac in the near future. Although I have complete backups, I don't restore everything as I like to have a "new install"... does anyone know where the Synkmark database is located, or any other procedures for moving to a new machine?   Thanks
