Hello, GG.

Thank you for contacting us.  Probably you have updated to BookMacster version 2.  BookMacster version 2 requires you to get an upgrade license.

This may be news to you because, if in Preferences > Updates, the user has switched on the checkbox to “Download and update automatically”, well, that’s sort of what it does, but without showing the Update News which would have explained this to you.

Sorry for any confusion.

No longer accept registration & serial number. 
I am getting a message "Save and Export disabled"
When I renter my name a serial number it does not work.
