Hello, Willie.

Thank you for contacting us.  I just retested Manage Browser Add-Ons with the latest versions of Chrome and Synkmark, and even started from scratch with two new profiles, and all works fine for me.

I would like to see if there is something weird in your Chrome Local State file, which is where the profile pointers are stored, if you wouldn't mind sending me that file.  It is located in your Home's Library at this path:

~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Local State

Or, if you don't mind sending the bookmarks data too, in Synkmark click in the menu: Help > Trouble Zipper, and to Question B (Bookmarks) answer Include Bookmarks and then choose Chrome.  That will be enough to include the Local State file in the report.

iMac Chrome profiles

I am using Synkmark and when I try to manage two profiles, Synkmark labels them both as Person 2.  When I choose more tests and start the test, it says:
You have 2 Chrome profiles:
    Person 2 (identifier = 'Profile 3')[color=#00ffff]
    Person 2 (identifier = 'Profile 4')

I have tried installing both Chrome (Person 2) extensions but I get "no response from Chrome".

I cannot figure out which "Person 2" I am dealing with and get this message:

You have 2 'Person' profiles in Chrome.

Please activate Chrome and ensure that all open windows are currently assigned to Person profile 'Person 2'.  Close any windows assigned to other profiles.

(The profile name is indicated in the upper right corner any browser window in Chrome.)

The first profile is my first name and the second profile is my wife's first name.  Go figure
