Hello again, Bruce.

Assuming you are using BookMacster for syncing (as implied by your other question), you should Quit BookMacster after you have set it up.  BookMacster will not sync a .bmco Collection which is open for editing.  If you want to watch the Logs (BookMacster > Logs) while syncing, you can close the .bmco Collection window and leave BookMacster running.  But the only reason to do that would be for troubleshooting.

Hide BookMacster is a feature you will find in almost all Mac apps.  it just minimizes all of the windows to the Dock, but they are still technically open.

Hello! I was doing some maintenance on bookmarks via Bookmacster, and noticed there is both Hide and Quit in the menu.

Looked through the documentation and the forums, and don't see the distinction discussed.

So, what is the difference? Does the difference affect syncing?
