Nice catch, icewazza.  Since multiple Delicious accounts are officially supported, that's a bug.  I'll try that and see if we can't put in a better (automatic) workaround.

figure out prob. Had two delicious accounts ticked for import and so it would do one, process and then when it tried to do the other would hit the limit within prog for connection with delicious. Unticking one in the import process worked.

I have a delicious import of 5200+ links (10.5.6 latest safari and updates) and can't get through the import process.  Says downloading, merging and then comes up with the dialogue that says I have to wait before trying again. Do so but get stuck again. Will try downloading a backup file and importing manually.Crash logs included.
