Oh, if the problem does not recur, or if Show Details doesn't show anything useful,

• Hold down the option key (to prevent any automatic actions)
• Launch BookMacster
• Click in the menu Help ▸ Trouble Zipper and click through the instructions.

Trouble Zipper will generate a nice report for us.

As a matter of fact, if you have a couple minutes you should do the above, in any case.  Even if Apple does generate a report, our Trouble Zipper's is much more informative.

Thanks again.

Hello dcb,

That Internal Error dialog is so weird!  BookMacster doesn't make that; it must have been generated by Mac OS X.  Please do this:

• Try it again
• Click that Show Details button.
• You'll probably see some kind of report.
• Instead of taking a screenshot, ⌘A to select all of the text, then ⌘C to copy it to your clipboard.
• Create an email message to support@sheepsystems.com and paste in the text that you copied.

Anyhow, don't worry about BookMacster.  It does work, and we'll get by whatever this is.

Thanks!

Here is screen snapshot at time of crash...

OS X 10.7.2 (Lion), FireFox (8.0.1) and freshly downloaded BookMacster. Plenty of memory and disk.

I guess I was too trusting when I included this in my bundle... sigh

First time to run. Went to import bookmarks from FireFox (Client), it quit FireFox for me, then asked me to click Install, then BOOM

Report attached
