No.  Continuing to use Bookdog alongside BookMacster might have caused the Sync Fight to begin with, although I don't think so because BookMacster looks for Bookdog pretty aggressively and shuts it down to avoid conflicts.  How long since you last used Bookdog?

I'll answer that after we get the file.  I have seen Trouble Zips upwards of 40 MB, because Trouble Zipper sends the last four versions of Firefox bookmarks, and Firefox sometimes creates a bookmarks file of 10 MB.

This indicates that you've had a lot going on there.  If you've got a fast internet connection, try to send the whole thing as explained below.  Although we're only interested in less than 1% of that, it's tedious and difficult to pick that out.  I'd need to to open the package and look inside.

Sending a 159 MB file will take about 3 minutes on a fast cable modem service (6 MB/sec upload), or up to 3 hours on a DSL line (100 Kb/sec upload).  It's long, but you don't need to do anything once it's started other than remember to leave your computer running until it's done.  Do not attach to an email.  Use a service such as mailbigfile, which I just tested.  Although these services often change, at least today, mailbigfile is free, worked, and didn't give me any crap other than several offers to go pro.  Alternatively, you could put it in the Public part of your Dropbox if you've got a free or paid Dropbox account and enough space.  We explain how-to at the bottom of our main Support web page.

The round "?" button in that alert dialog you posted a screenshot of takes you to a short section of BookMacster's Help Book which explains the possible causes and solutions for this issue.  Skipping over that, since I have not seen one of these in a long time, if you wouldn't mind the most productive approach for both of us would be for you to send me your data so I can see what's happening under the hood.  To do that, activate BookMacster and click in the menu: Help > Trouble Zipper.
