Hello, yakamak.  Cool name you've picked there.

The "Ignore Prefixes" table is BookMacster > Preferences > Sorting.  If you are using Smarky, Synkmark or Markster instead of BookMacster, switch on the Ignore Common Prefixes checkbox and then hit the Define button.

In any case, once you're there, hit the square "plus" [+] button, then enter as shown in the attached screenshot.

Removing prefixes

In cases like this
Amazon.com: Buying Choices: Atlantis: Three Tales

I would like the bookmarks to sort by omitting "Amazon.com: Buying Choices: " so that they are in order by book title. How can I do that? In initial setup I saw a list of removable prefixes such as "A, An, The" etc. which I could add to but now i cannot make it come up.
