I presume you mean BookMacster 2.9.8. We tested this in macOS 10.14, macOS 10.12 and macOS 10.10. I just re-tested in 10.12, importing and exporting with Safari and Chrome, and it worked fine. To speed up our development, we don't test in 10.11 or 10.13 because it would be quite rare for something to not work
in between systems that it works in. I've never seen it happen.
You might have a special situation, though. Please
email to us the text of relevant crash report(s). To access crash reports,
Run Finder.
Click in the menu:
Go >
Go to folder
. A small sheet will appear.
Copy and paste the following
path into the small text field in the sheet:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports Click the button
Go. A window will open.
If the window is not showing as a list, click in the menu:
View >
as List.
Each file in the list is crash report. Each file's name begins with the name of the process that crashed, followed by the date and time in the format _YYYY-MM-DD-HHmmss.
Please find any crash report which occurred after you updated to version 2.9.8 today for any of these process names:
BkmxAgent,
BookMacster,
Thomas,
Pajara. Those are our processes.
For any such crash report(s), select and drag into your email to us.
