Thank you for contacting us.

If you are using BookMacster, in your document, click the tab Settings > Sorting, then at the bottom, bullet Folders above bookmarks.

If you are using Markster, Synkmark or Smarky, the Folders above bookmarks setting is in Preferences > Sorting.

Within a folder, which contains both other folders and bookmarks, I would like to have the folders sort at the top. I use the Finder alternative Path Finder to get this ability in Finder-type windows.
