Chrome and Brave extensions not working

I've tested the extensions on the Manage Extensions window and they both come back as working. I've tried removing and reinstalling the extensions multiple times. I've tried restarting the sync service.

I still get an error when exporting to both Brave and Chrome stating that the extension is not responding.
