You can add another one immediately, or do whatever you want in the same web browser.

It is only when making changes in a different web browser that you must wait a few minutes for syncing to occur from the first web browser, to avoid changes being overwritten.

after changing a bookmark in Safari, can one do another immediately?  or must one wait for the first one to process?
