Thank you for the report.  I see the problem: We've added support for so many new web browsers recently that the browsers at the end of the alphabetical list get clipped off by the bottom of the (Inspector) window in which they reside.  There is enough room to see them if you open the bottom panel, but apparently the bottom panel overlays those checkboxes.  I've just bumped up the priority to embed that list in a scrollable view and fix other issues in that bottom panel
