We don't get too many support questions, but this page has list of links to answers that we've given more than once.  It also has a place for you to tell us about any new issues or feature requests.  If anything in our product doesn't work as you expect, or you can't figure out how to do something, that's not your problem.  It's our problem, and we grateful for you taking a the time to tell us about it, so we can get it working.
