Yes, there was another bug which could cause that Error 165825.  It's fixed in BookMacster version 1.3.17, which is now uploaded and available by launching whatever version of BookMacster one has and clicking in the menu BookMacster ▸ Check for Update.

It still takes dialogs with two mouse clicks and a 10-second timeout on each one to get the new Plugin and Extension installed, when updating from a previous version.  That's because the original which shipped in BookMacster 1.3.11-14 was the first version, and lots of changes were made.  Next time, it will be more seamless.

BookMacster version 1.3.16, which contains the current version NAPAPI Plugin, is now available.  To get it, launch BookMacster and click in the menu BookMacster ▸ Check for Update.

I'm still not sure this is the complete problem with Chrome, though.  Will post again after doing more testing.  I'd appreciate hearing any success or failure stories with version 1.3.16.

Delete it from ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins.  Then quit and relaunch Chrome.

Extension: V5

I'll try uninstalling - the plug was just recently installed (in the last week or so...)

Thank you for the quick feedback, rjb.

Please open a window in Chrome, clear out the address bar and type in:

   about:plugins

You'll get a list of plugins.  What version is yoyur Sheep Systems NPAPI Plugin?

Similarly, in Chrome's menu click Window ▸ Extensions.  What version is your Sheep Systems Chrome Extension?

Also, did this happen when you were running the BookMacster app, or did this error indicate that it came from a "Worker"?

Just updated Bookmacster to 1.3.15.  Now I get an error when attempting to export:  "Error 165825  Received ack 'r' instead of 'a'   Suggestion to fix this error: Make sure Chrome is in working order."

What?

Mac OS X v10.6.6, Macbook, Chrome 9.0.597.84
