That's a bug that was fixed in 1.3.21.  To work around it, click Cancel and then export by clicking in the menu Bookmarkshelf ▸ Export; i.e. do a "normal export".  Or, update to the latest alpha version (very soon to be beta) as explained here:

False message about "never exported"

Hello Jerry,

I have just Safari set for import and export, and the "open/save" settings tab has everything checked, except find duplicates.

Everytime I close the window I get a message that "you have never exported this content to Safari. Export now before closing?"

I always click "export and close"

I could understand this happening the first time I used it, but it happens every time.

Any comment?
