Hello again, Scott.

1.  Yes, I find the tooltips annoying too, although they follow Apple recommendations.  The idea is that the developer provides as many tooltips as possible, and the Mac OS takes care of displaying them pleasantly.  It may be tedious to override, but I just put it on the list of things to look into.

2.  You can change the font sizes of the tables, outlines and reports in Preferences ▸ Appearance.

1. I find the tooltips very intrusive, especially when editing or moving URLs.  They can be in the way of what I want to move or where I intend to place it. Please provide a way to turn them off.

2. Please provide a way to change font size.
