We update BookMacster, Synkmark and Smarky frequently for compatibility with changes in macOS and Safari.  Older versions will often make errors, particularly Errors 772XXX when attempting to import or export with Safari.  To resolve this problem,

• Click in the menu: BookMacster > Preferences > Updates
• Switch on the checkbox to at least get “Production” updates.
• Click in the menu: BookMacster > Check for Updates.
• Click through the update process.
