Syncing different collections?

Can I sync one Collection with Safari and another different collection with Chrome?

UPDATE: I did some testing and see that it's possible. However, I received a message saying that using 2 documents with syncers can lead to conflicts and undesired results. Is this always true or if one Collection is solely synced with Safari and another solely with Chrome, then there can be no issues?
