Thank you for contacting us, and congratulations on the M1 Mac.

Please review our Top Reasons for Syncing Trouble.  If that does not resolve the issue, tell us about the error you are seeing.  The best way to do that is:

• Run our app.
• Click in the main menu > app-name > Logs.  A window will open.
• Click the "Errors" tab.
• From the popup menu, select the relevant error.  Details will appear.
• Click the life-preserver button.  An email message with detailed information will appear.
• Send us the email.

Problems with Sync Extension in Chrome and Opera

Hi!
I have problems when I get to sync my bookmarks using the extension on the two browsers. Practically it gives me error even trying all the solutions that the program suggests to me... Any ideas?

P.s.: the extension icon remains gray and does not color!

P.p.s.: I have Big Sur 11.2.2 anche Chrome 89.0.4389.82 on chip M1.
