To resolve syncing issues in Synkmark or BookMacster, you need to know whether or not Google Chrome is syncing your bookmarks via the Google cloud. This page gives the steps to find the answer.
• Activate Google Chrome.
• Click in the menu: Chrome > Preferences.
• Look into the section You and Google
• Click on Sync and Google Services.
If there is a button to Turn on Sync, or Sign in, then you are not signed in, and the answer is no.
If, instead, it says that you are Syncing to [some Google account], then your bookmarks are probably being synced. To find out for sure,
• Click on Manage what you sync.
If the switch Sync Everything is on, or if the switch Bookmarks is on, then of the answer is yes. Otherwise, the answer is no.
