To resolve syncing issues in Synkmark or BookMacster, you need to know whether or not Mozilla’s Firefox Sync service is syncing your Firefox bookmarks. This page gives the steps to find the answer.
• Activate Firefox.
• Click in the menu: Firefox > Preferences.
• In the sidebar, click Sync.
If you see an invitation to create an account or sign in as shown here, the answer is no.
If on the other hand you see your email address and a half dozen or so checkboxes, the answer is yes if the Bookmarks checkbox is switched on; and no if the checkbox is off.
